About Our Doctor
Dr. Adam Weaver graduated from Fort Collins High School in Fort Collins, Colorado. He then attended Brigham Young University (BYU) for his undergraduate studies. He took a two-year leave from BYU to serve as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Paraguay, South America. After his mission he continued to teach Spanish to missionaries preparing to serve in Spanish-speaking countries while continuing his studies at BYU. He has a bachelor’s degree in Medical Science. He then attended dental school at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He also taught at Marquette University and attained a Master’s of Science degree at Marquette University. He did his Master’s thesis on the efficacy of anti-microbial gels in the treatment of periodontal disease. In July of 2000, Dr. Weaver purchased the current practice from Dr. F. Leon McDonald.
